- Credit Score: We require a minimum credit score of 600. While we do consider your credit history, we want to clarify that we do not factor in medical debt when evaluating your score.
- Comprehensive Screening: Our selection process is not based on credit score alone. We conduct a nationwide credit check, criminal and background check, past rental history review, and eviction check to get a full picture of your rental history and reliability.
- Income & Employment: We also require proof of income and employment to ensure your income-to-rent ratio aligns with the property requirements. We will verify your employment, income, and rental history through emails sent directly to your current and past employers and landlord's responses are required for approval.
We take great care in selecting the right tenant for each specific property, not just the quickest applicant. Our goal is to ensure a good match, and we’re happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the process.
